Your plan allows you to get unlimited ZT Ceramic exterior washes. In addition, you get 1 Full service free once every month.

You can choose to redeem your full service whenever you choose to, once every billing cycle.

 

System will always prompt you if you would like to redeem the full service during this visit. If you choose YES to redeem, car wash attendants will know that your vehicle needs full service and they will take care of it for you.

If you have already redeemed full service during the billing cycle, system will automatically open the gate for exterior wash.

 

Once your purchase is complete and you receive successful email confirmation, your membership is ready to use.

Your membership is valid to use at all Zip Thru Express locations listed in this website for your exterior wash. However, full service is offered only at our Brentwood and Sunnyvale locations.  Hence full service can be redeemed only at these two locations.

Yes, the membership is a recurring subscription. You will be charged every month on your anniversary date of purchase. For all purchases from 29 thru 31st of a month will have a renewal date of 28th to accommodate the month of  February.

Membership will renew every month, until you cancel your subscription. There is absolutely no long term contracts or commitments. There is no additional fees involved in maintaining your membership.

You can cancel online or by sending a text message to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478) along with your license plate.

 

 

Membership is per vehicle. No additional car discount for this plan, since this is a totally discounted plan.

 

After your membership cancellation request is submitted, your plan will continue to be active until the end of the day before your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle during this time. For example, if your plan normally recharges on the 5th of each month, you may continue to wash through the end of the day on the 4th.

You can use credit or debit cards for purchasing membership.

No. Full service you get with Net Zero plan is a bonus item you get every billing cycle. It is up to you to use it or lose it.

At any time, there can be only a maximum of one full service credit available for you to use during a billing cycle.

License plate you enter in the purchase form is the vehicle you signed up for car wash. License plate is recognized at all our locations. Gate will automatically open when you are at the car wash location.

If there is problem in reading your license plate, Zip Thru Express car wash will provide fast pass tag for your vehicle.

If you wish to use full service more than once, you can let the cashier know and they can help you purchase a single full service wash for $20, which is the discounted price for Zip Thru Members. This is good to use once.
