Yes. Your membership is active from the day you sign up.

Text your license plate number along with reason for discontinuing membership, to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478). You will receive a confirmation message after your request is processed.

After we receive your text message, it may take up to 7 days to process your request.

After your membership is discontinued, your plan will continue to be active until the end of the day before your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle during this time. For example, if your plan normally recharges on the 5th of each month, you may continue to wash through the end of the day on the 4th.

Zip Thru Express Car Wash does not issue refunds. Your plan remains active until your next billing date. For example, if your plan normally recharges on the 5th of each month, you may continue to wash through the end of the day on the 4th.

  • Yes. You get discounted price of $17.95 for every additional car in the same household. All vehicles in the household should be billed using same card.
  • Maximum of 4 additional vehicles can enjoy the discounted price.
  • Please send a text message to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-94-8478) with license plate for all vehicles that you would like to be in group and we can take care of it.
  • No prorated charges while adding vehicle in current billing cycle. Anytime you add, $17.95 will be charged for each added vehicle in current billing cycle. Whenever renewal happens for the membership, all vehicles will get renewed.
  • If your vehicle wash history qualifies you as commercial usage (more than 15 times a billing cycle, which is more than washing every other day), you will not be able to add any vehicle at the discounted price and existing additional vehicle pricing will be discontinued and additional vehicles have to sign up for their own subscription.
  • Primary and additional vehicles should not qualify for commercial as described above.
  • If you have any history of credit card chargebacks or any account issues, additional car discount will not be available.

No. All members in the household should have same plan to take advantage of multiple car discount.

Yes you can pause your membership for the duration you are out of town or on vacation. Pause period should be atleast a month. Please text your request along with your license plate to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478) to take care of your request.

You can, by sending a text to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478) with the following details:

  • License plate number
  • New plan that you would like to switch to
  • Reason for switch

You will receive a confirmation once your request is processed.

Yes You can. Vacuum and Mat wash facilities are meant for all our car wash customers, members or customers purchasing single wash.
