Yes. Your membership is active from the day you sign up.

Text your license plate number along with reason for discontinuing membership, to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478). You will receive a confirmation message after your request is processed.

After we receive your text message, we will process your request the same day.

After your membership is discontinued, your plan will continue to be active until the end of the day before your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle during this time. For example, if your plan normally recharges on the 5th of each month, you may continue to wash through the end of the day on the 4th.

Zip Thru Express Car Wash does not issue refunds. Your plan remains active until your next billing date. For example, if your plan normally recharges on the 5th of each month, you may continue to wash through the end of the day on the 4th.

Yes. Each additional car can be added at $17.95 per month. You an add up to  4 cars maximum. All vehicles in the household should be billed using same card.

Please send a text message to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478) with license plate for all vehicles that you would like to be in group. We will set up the discounted plan right away. We need your complete credit card information when we return your call. 

No. All members in the household should have same plan to take advantage of multiple car discount.

Yes. We can suspend your membership temporarily and resume when you are ready for wash again.

  • New plan that you would like to switch to
  • Reason for switch
