  • Once your purchase is complete and you receive successful email confirmation, your membership is ready to use.

  • Your membership is valid to use at all Zip Thru Express locations listed in this website.
  • Bronze Club cannot be used at Santa Clara and Sunnyvale locations. It can be used at all other locations.
  • All clubs other than Bronze can be used at all locations without any restrictions.
  • If you are a Net Zero club member, full service can be redeemed only at our Sunnyvale and Brentwood locations.
  • Yes, the membership is a recurring subscription. You will be charged every month on your anniversary date of purchase. For all purchases from 29 thru 31st of a month will have a renewal date of 28th to accommodate the month of  February.
  • Membership will renew every month, until you cancel your subscription. There is absolutely no long term contracts or commitments. There is no additional fees involved in maintaining your membership.
  • You can cancel online or by sending a text message to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478) along with your license plate.
  • Membership is per vehicle. If you wish to add more vehicles, you can purchase additional car plan for flat fee of $17.95 for each additional vehicle.
  • You can purchase up to 4 additional cars each for $17.95 per car/month along with your primary car.
  • Additional cars can be purchased at the car wash location or by texting customer support at 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478).

After your membership cancellation request is submitted, your plan will continue to be active until the end of the day before your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle during this time. For example, if your plan normally recharges on the 5th of each month, you may continue to wash through the end of the day on the 4th.

Zip Thru Express Car Wash does not issue refunds. Your plan remains active until your next billing date. For example, if your plan normally recharges on the 5th of each month, you may continue to wash through the end of the day on the 4th.

  • You can use credit or debit cards for purchasing membership.
  • No cash or apple pay or Google pay allowed for purchasing membership.
  • License plate you enter in the purchase form is the vehicle you signed up for car wash. License plate is recognized at all our locations. Gate will automatically open when you are at the car wash location.
  • If there is problem in reading your license plate, Zip Thru Express car wash will provide fast pass tag for your vehicle.
