Choose Cancel membership option and provide your details.

How long does it take for my plan to be canceled?
Your cancelation request will be processed right away if the form is submitted with valid information. Membership will remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle.
How long is the membership valid after canceling membership??
After your membership cancellation request is submitted, your plan will continue to be active until the end of the day before your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle during this time. For example, if your plan normally recharges on the 5th of each month, you may continue to wash through the end of the day on the 4th.
Will I receive a refund after canceling my plan?
Zip Thru Express Car Wash does not issue refunds. Your plan remains active until your next billing date. For example, if your plan normally recharges on the 5th of each month, you may continue to wash through the end of the day on the 4th.
How do I change credit card on file?
Choose update payment method action in the form above to change your card on file.

If you have trouble updating, please send a text message to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478) with license plate information and indicate that you would like to update your credit card on file. You will get a confirmation after your request is processed.
How do I get my latest payment receipt for my membership?
Choose the option to email receipt and fill the form with appropriate information. You will get the receipt to the email you have submitted in the form.
