I signed up for Unlimited Wash plan today. Can I start using my services right away?
Yes. Your membership is active from the day you sign up.
How do I discontinue my membership?
Text your license plate number along with reason for discontinuing membership, to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-94-8478). You will receive a confirmation message after your request is processed.
How long does it take for my plan to be discontinued?
After we receive your text message, it may take up to 7 days to process your request.
How long is the membership valid after discontinuing membership??
After your membership is discontinued, your plan will continue to be active until the end of the day before your next billing date. You may continue to wash your vehicle during this time. For example, if your plan normally recharges on the 5th of each month, you may continue to wash through the end of the day on the 4th.
Will I receive a refund after discontinuing my plan?
Zip Thru Express Car Wash does not issue refunds. Your plan remains active until your next billing date. For example, if your plan normally recharges on the 5th of each month, you may continue to wash through the end of the day on the 4th.
How do I change credit card on file?
Please send a text message to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478) with license plate information and indicate that you would like to update your credit card on file. You will receive a call back from us to process your request. It may take up to 7 days to process your request. We need your complete credit card information when we return your call.
Can I change my membership from one vehicle to another?
Please send a text message with your request to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478).
Do I get discount for additional cars in the same household?
Yes. You get discounted price for every additional car in the same household, for up to 4 cars maximum. All vehicles in the household should be billed using same card.

It may take up to 7 days to process your request. We need your complete credit card information when we return your call.
Can we have different plans within the same household?
No. All members in the household should have same plan to take advantage of multiple car discount.
Can I suspend my membership temporarily?
No. You can choose to discontinue the membership and can re-sign up when you are ready to use the services again.
How can I upgrade/downgrade my current plan?
You can, by sending a text to 844-ZIP-THRU (844-947-8478) with the following details:
- License plate number
- New plan that you would like to switch to
- Reason for switch
You will receive a confirmation once your request is processed.
I have membership. I don't want to wash car. But would like to use vacuum or mat cleaner. Can I do that?
Unfortunately No. Vacuum and Mat wash facilities can be used only after you wash your car. We don't have a way to validate if your membership is active unless you wash your car.
